About the update

The goal of this update was to tweak it to be a bit easier. I've also had some ideas for improvements and implemented most of them.

Version 1.3 (2024-04-13):

• Gameplay
  • Added outline to objects for better visibility
  • Added full screen indicator when player is damaged
  • Added health percent to health bar
  • Reduced player hit box
  • Tweaked enemy bomber shots to be more reasonable to dodge
  • Increased cooldown between spread shots
  • Increased bullet damage: easy 100%, normal 40%, hard 20%
  • Increased missile damage: easy 100%, normal 40%, hard 20%
  • Reduced missile cooldown: easy: 80%, normal 60%, hard 40%, extreme 20%
• Power ups
  • Added new power up, the shield
  • Picking up spread shot powerup extends the timer instead of replacing it
  • Power ups stop moving down when the you change level
• Enhancements
  • Increased the number of slots in the online leaderboard
  • Added more information to online leaderboard, level and difficulty
  • Added UI animations
• Bugfixes
  • Remove bullets when ending a level
  • Only show online leaderboard in menus
